The people at Spencer's Ventura Mattress were very informative and very helpful in telling me the differences in mattresses and what people like best about each. We began looking at a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a foam mattress. We went with the foam one, which my wife really likes, but is a little too soft for me. Other than that, the experience was good. They treat their customers well.
