I had a good experience with Classic Carpet & Rug! I mainly interacted with Patrick, who was very communicative, and just amazing! The guys who came out to install the carpet were also great! My only minor issue was that, the closet where the carpet was being installed in had just been painted, and despite informing them of the situation, they really made a mess of the paint, which required my painter to come back and touch it up. I don't know if they didn't pay close attention or what, but other than that they were very friendly, worked quickly, and they did a good job. My carpet looks great!
