I went into the showroom to pick out carpet at Classic Carpet & Rug, and it was a good experience. Ester assisted me, and she was great to work with, very helpful. She made the whole process very easy. I had the carpet installed on my steps, and the installer was very polite, friendly, and helpful in choosing how to place the runner. I recommend them, and I won't hesitate to use them again. They were all very easy to work with and very pleasant.
