This was my first time using Classic Carpet & Rug. The sales people answered all my questions. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The sales staff were very warm and friendly, honest and upfront. Everything went perfectly with scheduling the service. The carpet is very nice. The technicians' people skills could have been a bit better. I don't think they'd really been trained to interact with customers.
