This was my first time using Classic Carpet & Rug. I was very happy with everything from the beginning to end. They removed the old runner from the stairs and installed a new one. I also ordered a couple of area rugs, and they delivered them. They did everything very well. The salesperson was very nice. He kept his promise. He said he would get back to me about some things, and he called me back when he said he would. I would definitely recommend them!
