We have used the services of Classic Carpet & Rug a couple of times so far, and they have been good experiences overall. Most recently they did a carpet installation for us. They have good customer service and when we were in the store to make our selection, we got a lot of help from two people there. They called to tell us when they would come over to measure, and they showed up on time. The installers were also here on time. The installation went well and we are very happy with how it looks. I trust this company and think they are reliable.
