This was my first time using Classic Carpet and Rug and Jack provided me with excellent customer service. He was very helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Great guys to work with, they have a great selection of carpets and rugs all at a good price. I ended up buying a carpet for my home and the only problem I had with them was that I had to call them multiple times to reschedule my carpet installation that was postponed. Other than that it was a great experience and I will be using them again in the future as well as recommending them to others.
