I had a carpet pad that needed to be cut to the size of my new rug. I called three places. The first told me they would come and cut the pad at my home for a fee of $150.00. The second place told me (politely) I could do it myself. Classic Carpet and Rug said to bring the pad in and they would cut it for free. They ended up cutting three different sizes of carpet pads at no charge. They explained that if the customer is satisfied they will use Classic Carpet & Rug when they need the company's services.
