I have used 5 Star Limo Service for pickup and drop off from both San Francisco and San Jose airport. They are always on time and have a live person to talk to, in there is change in your plan at the last minute. For flight delay, they have even delayed my pickups. I give them the flight info, and even if the flight is delayed, they will pickup according to the flight details.
