My 10yr old computer died. Charles came next day, diagnosed a dead motherboard. He suggested a (specific) replacement motherboard, processor, and memory - which I ordered online using the shopping list he'd given, and he installed everything after delivery. The install went quickly and then he did some software magic that made it all work. Running better (and much faster) than new with no loss of data or email. Amazing that Charles could work and explain simultaneously. Affordable and very highly recommended. This 'repair' though forced by my computer failure turns out to be much more like an 'upgrade'. I now have a much faster processor with more ram - and, am running all my old aps/programs with no new devices/programs to learn. A better (cheaper & happier) solution than buying a new computer - nice!!!
