A BIG thank you to Karl Schrok from Hoosier Hardwood Floors, Goshen IN. He went far & beyond his job description for me. I had my flooring put in by another floor company that literally took advantage of me. They convinced me that I could save money by removing & installing my trim base throughout the house, removing & installing 3 thresholds, and the underlayment flooring. I'm pretty crafty myself and with the help of friends and family there is only so much you can do when your flooring is not installed properly. I had the other company come back out at my expense and their suggestion was to either cut the door a couple of inches off the bottom or buy a new door (stupid right...we would be right back where we started). Needless to say I fired them and went in search of someone that could actually help. Thanks to Karl...my thresholds are beautiful & perfectly custom fit!
