Merle was prompt in getting back to me after my initial call. Bert came out to give me a quote, he was friendly and informative. Nick, our installer was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job on the install. We had to alter our original plan of refinishing the floors to installing a vinyl plank. This decision was made after Bert advised us that the vinyl planking would be best. I trusted his professional opinion and I am very happy with the flooring.
