This was the first time we used Hoosier Hardwood Floors. We asked them to come in and redo the hardwood floors in our kitchen. They first came out and sanded the floors, and then they refinished them. Finally, they topcoated the floors to protect the finish. The floor looked really nice when they finished. The crew showed up on time each day, and they were friendly people, and easy to work with. I really appreciate their communication skills. They totally kept me informed about their progress, and how the job was proceeding. Just great communication skills!
