Karakas Roofing really stood out to me because of their professionalism and the honesty with which they presented what they found on my roof and what they suggested that we do about it. They are good trades people and I thought the price was within appropriate bounds. It was the first time I worked with them, but I was referred to them by some previous clients of theirs and it turned out to be good experience all around.

What they did was a roof inspection on the original roof of the house, which was around 10 years old. I wanted an inspection to ensure that the roof was still sound. They went up and looked at it, then came back and told me what they felt should be done to correct for some aging they had observed. I agreed with their assessment and they completed the job in one day as projected. The way John presents himself speaks for the kind of work they do at Karakas Roofing. He's a honest man and his crew is made up of really nice young men. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
