I was having a problem with my mini-split unit in my upstairs bedroom. I called R&R Mechanical Services, and they came out and shortened the line or something, that made it drain better. They were very responsive, and they took care of the problem for me. My neighbor down the street is how I first heard about the company, and because of the way our houses are made, big central units are not very practical. These mini-split units are a great alternative!
