The information I received from the secretary was diligent, and I had a technician who was very informative and willing to accommodate and educate me as a customer. All the time he was doing the work, he was explaining the reasons, the good and the bad. He also taught me about the outcome of the unit and how they can age throughout time. He was very informative and helped me to make the right decisions.
