R&R Mechanical Services does good work but they could use slightly better communication skills. I'm a landlord, so I often call for service or for them to check something out without being on-site. Then I get a bill. I don't receive a follow-up call or any explanation of the work that was performed or what might need attention in the future. I've been using R&R Mechanical Services for about three years and give them about three and a half to four stars. Mostly because of the lack of communication.
