After we had to cancel installation several times R&R not only understood, they still fit us in when we could have our unit installed. Techs who did the install were polite, helpful and quick. They went over how to operate and care for the unit and care . They even though about how the unit was going to effect our gardens.
R&R mechanical was also a few hundred dollars less expensive then several of their competitors.
