My initial experience with Rosa at R&R Mechanical Services was very positive. I called them for our new air conditioning unit that wasn't working as well as expected because the contractor who installed it did a very poor job. R&R followed up promptly with an appointment time and text messages confirming their arrival. I even got a picture of the gentleman who would be working on it. Very good communication. When they arrived, they were wearing masks and gave us the option. We chose to wear masks also. They gave us an assessment of the problem, moved the unit and loaded it up with Freon. Armando did his best but he advised us that more work needed to be done and it would take longer than he had that day. He advised me to schedule a longer time slot with Rosa for them to come back and do the job correctly. The unit basically needed to be reinstalled. That was the last I heard from them. I called and texted and am still waiting for a response more than a week later. I'd rather have them say they can't do it, that they can do it but their schedule is full for a few weeks, or something. No response just leaves me in limbo which is unsettling. I have confidence that they will eventually get back to me, but the longer I wait, the more I question the professionalism of R&R Mechanical Services.
