R&R Mechanical Services did an amazing job for me. They came out to install a new water heater. The technician put in the new tank and removed the old one. He cleaned up well after himself. I loved him so much! He was such a professional guy. I have no complaints about the service at all. They are good people at the company. However, since they installed the new water heater we do not seem to have enough hot water. If one person bathes, then the other person has to wait about one-half hour before there is enough hot water again. It is not consistent and I am watching to see when it happens exactly. I paid over a thousand dollars to have the new water heater installed and I want it to be right. I believe this is an issue with the water heater itself and not the company's fault. I would recommend using R&R Mechanical Services and I would call them again.
