Once he made the diagnosis on my system he explained what he found wrong and what he would be able to do to fix it. He also took the time to answer my questions. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was respectful of my home and courteous. Their pricing was fair. I would absolutely use R&R Mechanical Services again!
