Here's the whole story:

I'm from Seattle, and I own a house in Philadelphia. I wanted to get a new furnace and a new hot water heater from R&R Mechanical Services at the same time. We had a mix-up in May when I was trying to set things up to get it done. I think we just misunderstood each other, plus I only had a window of time when I was in Philadelphia. So, I had to reschedule everything to just before the remodeling work on the house this month. R&R did the furnace and cleaning of the vents. They were respectful, helpful, and very good overall. I would definitely recommend them.

It started out poorly just because of the misunderstanding, but we really wanted them because they were recommended by a good friend. It turned out alright in the end. I would certainly use them again.
