Lack of individualized service, servicemen himself was great however
My service with Uniserv hasn't been exactly smooth sailing. I get annoyed with them because I'm a long-term customer, 10+ years to be more precise and sometimes they mess up our automated billing that has been installed and when I call to complain they sometimes toy with me. I feel like they should treat their long term customers a little better, however it should be noted that my fault doesn't lie with the serviceman named Dan himself, he was fantastic. This is more a critical overview of the company itself and I think that should be noted. I would give Dave a rating of 5 stars, however the company themselves I would give 3 stars.
