We went to Kono Consulting to help us with a Great Plains implementation and an integration with Salesforce.com. I knew one of their consultants from a prior work experience on a Great Plains implementation and thought very highly of her. After talking with others, we decided to go with Kono Consulting.

They were very knowledgeable about Great Plains and everything worked out well with the implementation. Unfortunately, we were using another consulting firm to help us with the Salesforce.com integration and that has not worked out as well (this other firm promised more than they were able to deliver).

Kono was able to present options and tech specs in an easy to understand manner. They were able to explain to the technical details and the business concepts internally and to the other outside consultants that were involved.

I would recommend them. They were very responsive and accommodating. They were able to reshuffle their schedule to meet issues we had on our end. They also provided great project management and kept everyone up to speed and the project within the budget.
