Sometimes people "in the know" know that you can take your car anywhere for an auto body repair, but many don't. A lady I knew ran into a situation and thought "dealer only"...."insurance company suggestions only"...when I told her about Jaehn's she went to get an estimate. They were awesome with her and looked after every question she had, "almost before she asked it" she said....She was very happy with the experience overall :-)
