I cannot complain about anything Jaehn's Autobody Shop did for us because what they did was perfect. They fixed all the back end of my car: the back fender, underneath, and the trunk. I was impressed because they took us as quickly as possible, advising us that day on how long it would take to repair our car. They met the expectations, but were out one day because the part was delivered but broken--but that wasn't their fault. So, everything was just delayed by one day--not because of them--and my car is fine and perfect. I hope no one hits me again!

The price was very reasonable. They gave us a statement even though the other insurance paid for it, and.that was very much appreciated. It was all done internally and we basically did nothing.
