Advantage Pest Control are the people I chose for my regular termite treatment. They came out here this last time to check the floors because the floorboards were looking like they had some issues. I thought it might be termite damage, but it was actually mold. They were extremely reasonably priced, they knew what to do, took action, treated it, and they saved the day. They did everything they were supposed to do- they put in a moisture barrier and implemented preventative treatment for all of the underside of the house. They were very reasonably priced. The workers did what they needed to do and followed through. They did their work and let me know when it was done. It was timely service and it was done quickly.

Mike, in particular, is very attentive in getting back to you through text or a phone call. He always gave me a prompt response and good communication. They are honest and trustworthy, and that is the biggest thing I like. They did whatever they could do to work within my means and they did a good job following through with it. Overall a great experience.
