Todd, who was my technician, was great! He was professional, polite, and thorough. Before he ever did anything, we chatted about any specific issues I was having to figure out what plan of action might be best for me. I also have a dog, so before he sprayed, we talked about the safety elements pertaining to my dog. Overall, Todd was clean and meticulous. I was very, very impressed with him!
