I phoned ahead before coming in to get an oil change in the afternoon. The person who answered informed me that unless it’s really busy, they would be able to get it done. I arrived two and a half hours before closing , no one was in the waiting room. The person at the desk told me it wouldn’t be done today and if I wanted to leave the car there for the morning.
If there is a cut off time for oil changes, inform the customer before they make a wasted trip.
