$150 for diagnostics
I've been a customer for 15 years or so. have had 5 + cars coming to Caseys Never had to bring any cupons... they were automatically applied in addition to $150 charge all of a sudden the cupons are not automatically applied.. The current manager is not customer friendly . heck, he is confrontational. Youve lost a good customer.
In addition, ive had to come back couple of times for oil change plug not being tightened correctly your service quality has drastically declined. you've lost a customer
