I had received a quote for brake pads, rotors, etc. that I thought was high, so I took a friend's advice and went to Casey Auto in Arlington Heights for a second quote. I was so happy I did! Sean Kinney and Greg Ciccollela greeted me kindly, and after an inspection, Sean patiently explained what my car needed. The quote he gave me was lower than the first one, and he threw in several extras on top of it! He explained that I also needed a flush and change of transmission fluid, new air filters, and an oil change. All of that together ended up costing about the same as the first quote I had gotten for just the brakes! I will definitely go to Casey Auto again, and I hope that Sean and Greg will be at the front desk to explain what my car needs. They are both honest and patient automotive professionals.
