Casey Automotive gets one hundred stars from me. The minute I walk in, they welcome me and make me feel comfortable with them. They are friendly and go above and beyond my expectations. They explain everything to me and take their time. I was recommended to Casey by my neighbors, who are very picky people. I know that if they are satisfied, that's a good sign. My business is all about customer service, too. I'm a manager in sales. I tell my own employees that personal recommendations are one hundred percent better than customers getting lucky when seeking good experiences on their own. I've recommended Casey to my mother and brother. Casey Automotive keeps on doing what they're supposed to be doing with all their customers. They treat everyone equally well. They are very professional. I try to recognize that quality regularly, and sometimes I even bring them donuts. I love their service. Just the other day, I was there and saw one of the customers bring in a cheap battery from Costco. The technician told him that it wasn't a good battery, and he's going to have the same problem a year from now. In the meantime, it could ruin other systems in the car. Casey Automotive tries to steer people right. I was impressed. They keep on impressing me with their customer service. The place is always clean, including the bathroom. I've seen their carpet and floor cleaners there working. I have friends with businesses and I advise them to keep the floors and bathrooms clean by checking every five to fifteen minutes. Make it smell good, which is important to customers. Professional cleaners are well worth it. Casey Automotive gets that. The whole staff is great and should be recognized. Employees need to be told that they customers appreciate the great job they do. Pass the compliments on to the guys, and that will make them keep doing a good job and strive to do a better one.
