Tremendous customer service at a fair price! They stand behind their work!
Five stars across the board for Casey Automotive, especially after our recent visit last month. We've been taking our older car there for about five years. This month, we took it in for an oil change and the manager, I think his name is Sean, contacted my husband about a leak in the power steering pump. It's a thirteen-year-old car, so no matter how much a repair would cost, it would be cheaper than a new car. While he had it in the shop, Sean suggested we really should get new tires. He showed my husband some bad spots on the rear tires. My husband was inclined to put on only rear tires, but Sean explained why it was better to do all four tires at once to avoid the situation of always chasing two tires. It was a big bite but still better than a new or a new used car. My husband picked it up a few days later. As he drove off, It started making a terrible noise, so we took it back. Sean reordered the pump and re-installed it. Same problem. He reordered it a total of three times because he kept getting bad pumps from his supplier. Finally, he insisted that the supplier provide a new rather than an aftermarket pump. Sean went over and above what we expected. He is a really good businessman, and we will go back to Casey Automotive because of his treatment of us. He only charged us for installing the pump once, even though he spent time and labor installing it three times. He explained to us that's what he's all about, the customer has to be satisfied. I would give Casey Automotive ten stars if I could. They are good businessmen and good to deal with. They are skilled at what they do and are fair to their customers. Their prices are fair as well. Sean deserves recognition for all of this.
