On my last visit to Casey Automotive I got my tires and struts replaced. Everything has been good there; I've never had a problem. Usually my car is done in two to three hours within dropping it off with no issues at all. They are very friendly and informative there. I've never had a problem with any of them.

The one time my car was there for more than three hours, they called me and said the part was on back order and gave me a loaner for the four days my vehicle would be in the shop. They got it fixed with no inconvenience to me and everything went perfectly.
