I've never had problems of any kind with Casey Automotive. I have lived in this area for 12 years and have 5 cars. I go there so often, I have probably put their kids through college. They've put in a new engine, done exhaust work, conduct all the maintenance, etc. The one time I had a problem with a part, I brought it back to them and they fixed it, no questions asked.

If I bring in my car, they will tell me if something is still under warranty and still covered. They are very proactive like that. If I bring in my car for awhile, they will give me a loaner car. They are just very customer focused. I have nothing but good things to say about Casey Automotive.
