I have gotten some great pictures of my kids here. Basically the photographers look to be about college age. They are friendly and good with children. Of course it will help if your child is in the mood to be photographed. There is no obligation to buy the pictures. They constantly have coupons and package offers.

Two things I really like about this place is that you can book your appointment online and also see your photos online. You can easily share the online photos with friends and family.

Although they do family portraits, I would choose a professional photographer for that instead of a franchise. I just don't think they have the set up for it.
