Shauna was patient and accommodating to our needs. She made certain that we had ALL the samples to take home before making a decision and gave an opinion when asked during the measuring process. I obsessed over choice because we were having 2000 feet installed and an existing wood ceiling to blend with. The results are spectacular...thrilled!
