I like that Grigsbys Carpet Tile & Rug is a family business with Christian values, as people there are people are kind, thoughtful, generous and accommodating. They are a very unusual business in today's time. When you are in their store, you are not a needle in a haystack, you are the haystack.

I built a house and they did tile work in all the bathrooms, plus carpets in the master and second bedrooms and den. I had some leftover carpet from their work in the second bedroom and instead of taking it, they made two area rugs I could use in the kitchen. They went the extra 10 miles because I didn't ask for the work, they just did it. They offer personal service, expertise and quality--all in one package.

I thought the price for their service was very competitive and fair. If I really researched trying to save dime or dollar, I wouldn't bother. You might get it cheaper, but whoever came to put it in might not have the same integrity. They are priceless.
