Complete Comfort Heating and Air put in a new ignition switch and did an analysis to review my furnace and check up on it. The job was done quickly. He got the parts he needed and came out either the next day or the day after, and the job was done well. The technician was great, that was the best thing about it. He had good customer service skills and took his time to make sure he understood what was going on. He let me know what it would look like if I wanted to fix other things down the road. I would really recommend him and would have him back again if I could. It might be the quality of the work that justifies the rate, but I did feel like it was a bit pricey. When I looked into their pricing I found that they group it in categories rather than charging for the specific job that was done, so I was hoping that they would give me a line item cost of what was done as I'd experienced with other businesses, but instead the job kind of just fell into a fairly expensive category. If there were a service contract or something like that to get the price down, I would consider working with them again, but I just can't afford $600 per visit.
