Visited the lobby to purchase product. Courtney B. Was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. She took care of a long-standing issue I have had with my Aveda Pure privilege card. She did this with the greatest of ease and said she would follow up with Aveda via phone. She took the initiative to do all this not by my request, but because she has great customer service skills.
