We experienced excellent customer service at all levels. Our knowledgeable sales rep Andy assisted us with our options, kindly and patiently worked with us as we changed our options, and provided us with our estimates in a timely manner. The office staff were polite and courteous as they worked with us on installation and inspection schedules and payment terms. Our Installation team (Gary and Willie) showed up on time, worked hard all day, paid incredible attention to details, maintained their professionalism, and left me with a quality air conditioning system I am proud of. It was the details in their work that sets Gator apart from their competition. For example, they neatly dressed the wires, sealed around the pipes, and squared off the ducts. The final seal of approval was provided by their own inspector ensuring all of the work exceeded all the code requirements.
