The gator is not one of my favorite creatures, but Keith and Armando have made Gator my favorite heating and AC company. They were courteous, professional, contientious, pleasant, upbeat, respectful, effective, prompt, focused on customer satisfaction, hard working, and obviously very well trained in their trade as well as in customer relations.
