I really drug my feet about spending money for my 97-x Saab truck. It's not that I didn't need it fixed, I was nervous about whoever was going to fix it. You know the story "women get cheated because we don't know anything about cars".

I met Randy (over the phone) from Affordable Transmission. I read reviews about his work and customer service so I called him. My car was towed to his business and towed back home because I couldn't afford it at the moment. My car sat in my driveway for another 2 weeks.

I called Randy back, had my car towed back which he covered most of it(my insurance wouldn't pay for more tows), and he honored the price he quoted me almost a month early.

He is the most nicest, smartest, wants to please the customer auto mechanic I have ever met. My girlfreind took me to pick up my truck and wanted to wait for me. It started to take a long time and she was like "What is she doing!!!

Randy had a box that had my parts in it that were removed. He took his time showed me what he did and why, he told me what happened with my vehicle. He also did some things that did not necessarily have to do.

Sorry this is so long, but this gentleman is one of the best of the best to trust with anything needing work on your vehicle..He's amazing!!
