Whenever we have called Randy, he has always made time to talk to you to find out the problem and has you bring the vehicle to him when you can. Gives you an honest and fair estimate of the costs. When we have a problem and don't know where to look we tell him what we think and he seems to find the problem and then lets you know what it is and how much to fix it. He is friendly and very knowledgeable in the work he does. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else.
