Emma with Amazing Accommodations, Alaska is very responsive. When you call, they pick up the phone! Super nice people who go out of their way to be transparent in everything they do. They were up front about what was inclusive, which was pretty much everything, and you could just tell that they were service oriented vs. money oriented. We had some issues with the RV, but they way that they handled that issue makes a difference! They made “everything” right. While the RV was being repaired, they met up with us and replaced towels and anything else that needed to be replaced for this trip. They were apologetic about the issues and gracious enough to get it taken care of. These were honest, friendly people who we found great joy in getting to know them and work with them. I wouldn't rent from anyone else when taking a trip such as this to Alaska!
