I can only say positive things about Chicago Renovation & Development. They presented us with very high quality work for the first renovation job we hired them for. We asked them to renovate our bathroom and they truly did a wonderful job. We live in a vintage building so there were a lot of unique aspects of it that they had to work around. It was great that none of them knocked them off of their stride.

We were having trouble with our hot water system and had went through three other plumbers before finding one that actually knew how to fix it from Chicago Renovation. I'm very pleased with the renovation. The new countertops, medicine cabinets, and tile floor are gorgeous. The prices were very fair and I was very satisfied with their level of competence. They were also really timely. They arrived at the time that they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done on time with no problems whatsoever. I'd definitely recommend them!
