Chicago Renovation & Development was referred to me by someone I knew who had used them. I hired them to do bathroom and door remodeling in my home, and Brad really stayed on top of it. He made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

When we had a problem that was not their fault but had to do with defective material, Brad did not give up. He came back and did the entire job over again.

The people on his team are very professional. They show up when they say they will, they are very courteous, and they clean up after themselves. I felt comfortable having them in my house.

Also, the same people have been working for Brad for years. There is not much turnover, which is nice.
