I’ve had an appointment set up for most of the week only to arrive and be told that they won’t see my dog without records from the previous vet. This would have been nice to know days ago before I showed up on time for the appointment. This would have been good to know at the time I actually tried to set up the appointment as well. Why did you not tell me this ahead of time?
