Dr. Hansen and her family owned clinic are all about the money. Google my permanent Ripoff Report "Pfennig Lane Animal Hospital" and see the detailed story with before and after photos. My dog deserved much better care from this so called Hospital. In addition, I can't recommend using the canine ear implant marketed as PermaStay.
