I was very impressed. I set it up on the phone, the communication was very clear. The lady was very patient with me, she took lots of notes and got everything ready to do. The guys came and didn't flinch at all when they saw the situation. Being in the country they had to deal with some weird terrain. They were very quick and careful. They were kind and nice through the whole thing, always saying encouraging words.
